What if your body was your greatest intuitive guide?
“Follow your instincts. That’s where true wisdom manifests.”
– Oprah Winfrey
“Always trust your instincts. They already know what your mind has yet to understand.”
– Unknown
We often forget that intuition doesn’t reside solely “in the mind.”
In truth, it exists in every single cell of your body.
Where does intuition live?
We tend to associate the sixth sense—intuition—with the brain, since our five other senses are processed there. And because intuition is connected to creativity and imagination (functions attributed to the brain’s right hemisphere), we assume it must also live there.
But that’s an illusion.
Intuition is a bodily intelligence.
It’s your body that perceives, feels, and captures information long before your mind can make sense of it.
Intuition is, above all, a physical reaction.
When you sense danger, your brain is not the first to react—your body’s energy is.
Your aura, your energetic field (from which your physical body is formed), picks up vibrational information and transmits it to your chakras.
These subtle receptors then trigger a physical response—tension, shivers, a knot in your stomach—well before your mind can even process what’s happening.
Your body is always the first to know.
It warns you, protects you, guides you… if only you know how to listen.
A few tangible examples:
• You cross your arms without thinking? Your body is instinctively protecting your heart chakra.
• You feel tightness in your belly? The situation—or the person in front of you—may be triggering an internal alert.
• You frown or feel tension in your neck? Those are internal red flags lighting up.
How to better receive your intuitive messages?
Here are some simple ways to strengthen the body-intuition connection:
• Ground yourself: walk barefoot, breathe deeply, reconnect with the Earth.
• Breathe consciously: activate your diaphragm, release built-up tension, allow yourself to fully breathe.
• Stay hydrated: water is a powerful energy conductor. The more hydrated you are, the better energy flows.
• Observe yourself: In what situations—or around whom—does your body tense up? And when does it relax?
• Take care of yourself: nourish your body, move regularly, rest when needed.
• Record your sensations: keep a journal of your physical and energetic feelings.
• And above all… trust your sensations.
Your sacred antenna
Your body is not just a vehicle.
It’s a subtle antenna, a living radar, a messenger of the invisible.
It never lies.
It feels before you understand.
It vibrates, it receives, and it transmits.
So listen to it.
Love it.
Honor it.
It is the most faithful translator of your soul.
With love,
Nathalie
